Battery-Powered Crimp Tool - NSBT IC400
The NSBT IC400 is a battery-powered crimping tool for copper and aluminum cable lugs without any need of changing dies. The same crimping dies are used from 16-400 mm² for copper and 50-400 mm² for aluminum.
The NSBT IC400 operates with a V-crimp system, making it compatible with most types of cable lugs and sleeves. The tool continues to apply pressure until the correct resistance is reached, which means it crimp a bit further if the physical area of the cable is slightly off (a common issue today as cable area is now often determined by conductivity rather than physical size).
Crimps performed with this tool meet standards IEC 61238-1 and SEN 24 50 10/12. The tool comes in a durable case with battery, charger, shoulder strap, and a test rod. The test rod is used to verify that the crimping tool is correctly calibrated.
Optional accessories for the NSBT IC400 include pre-forming dies and C-sleeve dies for additional functionality.

- The piston automatically returns but can be stopped at any position, reducing cycle time as it doesn’t need to fully reset.

Gel boxar

NELCOFLEX-CY (EMC) - Trumma
Flexible oil resistant cable is resistant to the effects of chemicals and acids. The finely stranded structure in combination with PVC sheath provides a very flexible cable with a small bending radius. The cable is fitted with a screen of tinned braided copper wire, which protects against mechanical loads and in particular all shields electrical freqvencly as well inside and outside the cable (EMC Directive).
