Returns
Do you need to return goods?
For returns, the following applies:
1. Returns must be approved by your Nelco sales contact or customer service and be notified in advance by the email form on this website.
The form must be completely filled out and the return specified.
2. After sending the form to Nelco you will receive an order notification for the return.
(No goods may be returned before receiving the return order from Nelco)
3. A printed version of the return order, the delivery note and a copy of the original invoice should be attached to the returned goods.
4. Returned goods should be in condition as new, no broken packages, and be properly packaged (except defective products).
5. Ordered, not stored items (so called X-items) can not be returned.
