Electro-hydaulic HEX-crimp equipment for 10-240 mm²

The NTHC HX240 is a hexagonal crimp machine that operates without the need for die changes on copper and aluminum cable lugs. The machine utilizes the same dies for cable lugs and splice sleeves, covering a range from 10-240 mm² Cu to 16-150 mm² Al.

The crimping is performed by six sides smoothly sliding against each other from opposite directions, eliminating the risk of protrusions after the crimp. The stepless height adjustment allows for versatile use with various copper and aluminum cable lugs, regardless of the manufacturer.

The NTHC HX240 comes with pre-programmed series for different cable lugs, providing the operator with the ability to save additional settings as needed. Its die-less design saves the user from costly investments and the risk of misplacing die sets.
