HPA 400 G2
HPA 400 G2 Indent crimp tool for copper and aluminum cable lugs without any need of swapping dies. Cable lugs and butt splices can be crimped in the same die set from 16-400 mm² Cu and 50-400 mm² Al.
Type of crimp: V-crimp, compatible with most cable lug and butt splice brands.
HPA 400 G2 arbetar som övriga Novopressutrustningar med V-crimp, en crimp som fungerar på de flesta typer av kabelskor/skarvhylsor. Pressverktyget pressar tills rätt mottryck uppnåtts, det betyder att Novopress med sin V-crimp har en automatisk övercrimpningsfunktion som pressar lite extra i dom fall där kabelns fysiska area inte längre håller måttet (vanligt idag eftersom arean numera bestäms efter ledningsförmåga och inte efter fysisk area).
Crimps performed with this tool complies with IEC 61238-1 and SEN 24 50 10/12.
NMBT IC comes with two Milwaukee Li-Ion batterier, one battery charger and a provstav in a durable case. Provstaven används för att verifiera att pressutrustningen är kalibrerad.
Som komplement kan HPA 400 G2 utrustas med förformningsbackar, C-hylsbackar. HPA 400 G2 använder sig av samma tillbehör som Novopress tidigare storsäljare HPM 400 / HPH 400 samt tidigare version av HPA 400.
