Multi-conductor cable Cut- and stipping machine - NTCSM 30

NTCSM 30 is a cutting and stripping machine that twists the copper wire and has a wide range of applications, designed to process single conductors and multi-conductor cables (up to 10 conductors) with cross-sections from 0.75 to 30mm² (OD 18 mm).

• Equipped with V-cut for stripping the cable sheath and straight cutters for up to 10 inner conductors (special cutters are needed for rubber insulation).
• The twisting unit removes insulation and twists the copper.
• Automatic correction of cutting length saves a lot of time and ensures cutting accuracy, adjustable in 0.1mm increments.
• Left and right feeding wheels are adjustable via the touch screen, and the machine can automatically change feeding wheels and roller pressure as needed, no need for manual adjustment.

It is recommended to complement NTCSM 30 with an un-winder to ensure accurate cable lengths.
